Resource Management
If you are doing something that:

  • alters or increases the activity on your property

  • amends your property boundaries

  • creates additional traffic or alters access to a State Highway

  • creates a new building

  • increases demand on water supplies or wastewater systems

  • alters streams or land contours

  • adds or alters structures on the coast or in the sea

  • then you are likely to need a Resource Consent.

We can help you with personal, prompt and focussed Resource Management Act services. The Ayson and Partners Ltd team has wide and varied experience in all facets of Resource Management Act work in Blenheim, rural Marlborough and the Marlborough Sounds. You may want to informally gather information or gauge how a project may work. We take pride in providing friendly helpful and realistic advice about your ideas.

  • vineyard owners

  • farmers

  • winery owners

  • Sounds property owners

  • marine farmers

  • subdividers

  • property and building developers;

will all benefit from our local knowledge, experience and contacts in the development community. A unique feature of our practice is the overall coordinated, broad approach we bring to land development and construction projects.

Working closely with Davidson Group Ltd Engineers, we can provide an early assessment your project and that all important initial overview of your ideas. Project management and concept to completion coordination, that considers all aspects of a development and its RMA implications, are where we can really add value to your enterprise.

We specialise in renewals of all types of permits and consents.
